2. What type of client do you most enjoy working with? My clients are entreprenuers, corporate executives, ministers, professionals and leaders from all walks of life. They are successful people who want to realize new levels of success. The common thread of my clients is a strong willingness to do what it takes to acheive the goals they desire and deserve.

3. What is the return on investment I can expect from coaching? Coaching is a partnership where you and I create a synergistic relationship where results are realized through both our efforts. The return on your investment in coaching is based upon how much of yourself you invest in the process. Clients consistently report a remarkable increase in productivity, reduction in stress and a focus on the goals that matter most in their business and life.

4. How much does coaching cost? The answer to this comes out of the complimentary coaching consultation. We will first determine if we are a good match for a coaching partnership. Our connection is key to building the trust and synergy needed in a successful partnership. Next, we will determine the number of sessions and coaching format (i.e. in-person or telephone) that best suits your individual needs. Based upon this information, a coaching agreement is initiated and the fees are established. The coaching agreement is for a minimum of three months and automatically extend month-to-month beyond the original term of the agreement.

5. What proven process do you utilize in your coaching? The coaching process is uniquely designed to who you are and your specific needs. One process that is customized to you is The Strategizing Model. This approach supports you in first strengthing your personal or business foundation. We then go through a series of steps that ultimately leads to your desired goal. In addition, we use the Business Development Program created by Michael Gerber of E-Myth Worldwide to support entrepreneurs reinvent their businesses to become more successful and enjoyable.

6. What will we talk about in the coaching sessions? The topics discussed in our coaching sessions is always defined by you. The focus of our discussions will be to address your challanges, goals and vision for the future. Supporting you in achieving the results you desire is my #1 priority.

8. What "extras" can I expect to receive as one of your clients? Outside of our scheduled coaching sessions, you have the option of contacting me via phone or email for quick pick-me-ups or when a burst of inspiration is needed. Clients also receive priority access to all research and writing I do for workshops, speaking engagements and training. In addition, Brilliance Within Coaching maintains a network of professional and personal contacts for your use upon request. We are passionate about ensuring you are well taken care of. I have coached small and medium sized business leaders in developing organizational strategy, leaders in non-profit organizations in staff development, and managers in enhancing productivity. 10. What do you do to keep your skills sharp? Coaching sessions are usually scheduled in the first three weeks of the month. I take the fourth week of each month to develop myself as a coach. This development includes seminars, workshops and coaching from a Master Certified Coach. I am also a student of leadership, personal development and business strategy.
